I offer consultations via zoom, whatsApp or in person at my office in South Kensington, London. I am also available for home visits in West London (Chelsea, Kensington, Parsons Green, Notting Hill, Chiswick, Barnes and Richmond).

HYPNOTHERAPY

My evidence-based, solution focused method is designed to work with your subconscious mind to remove fears and self imposed limitations to enable you to feel more confident, relaxed and empowered to truly flourish in life. During hypnotherapy I will help you relax the conscious part of your mind while stimulating your subconscious mind to rewire your neural pathways in order to change your automatic thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a wide variety of mental health conditions and harmful addictions.

Cognitive behavioural therapy

My approach to cognitive behavioural therapy will help you learn and develop more helpful ways of thinking and reacting to everyday situations. I will provide you with the tools and techniques required to help you overcome undesirable habits and complex negative patterns of thinking. CBT focuses on your current challenges and aims to improve your state of mind by teaching you to spot the links between your thoughts, actions and feelings. I will work with you to find healthier ways of regulating your emotions in order to feel more in control of your life.

1:1 Coaching

My holistic coaching approach will help you get clear on what it is that you truly want in your personal life and identify the changes and the roadblocks that are getting in your way of achieving this. My tools and techniques will help you build the confidence that you need to make these desired changes and overcome any obstacles or barriers that are holding you back. I use visualisation techniques, mental rehearsal and compassion focused therapy to increase your self-esteem and help you believe and create the life that you truly deserve to thrive in.

ABOUT ME

Christina is a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and meditation teacher. Following an extensive journey of personal growth to conquer her own battle with anxiety, Christina has decided to make it her life mission to help victims of childhood trauma to turn their lives around.

Christina also has over 8 years of experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, so understands the vital importance of learning how to train the mind and body to slow down. Christina has seen the incredible benefits of incorporating meditation, CBT and hypnotherapy into her own lifestyle to reduce the harmful effects of chronic stress and is passionate about teaching others how to improve the quality of their life too.

Christina has a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). She is an accredited member of the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She adheres to all of their codes of conduct.
